A Slice of Luxury Will Soon Be Available in Miami Beach

Groundbreaking has started on 15 two-story villas designed by renowned Milan-based architect Piero Lissoni at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. Five different floor plans provide three-, four-, and flex five-bedroom options, incorporating custom Boffi kitchens with Gaggenau appliances and marble-lined bathrooms with standalone tubs, Lissoni-designed Fantini fixtures, and private glasse-enclosed terraces. Residents also enjoy a half-acre rooftop pool deck with private cabanas, a resident-only restaurant, a screening room, a beach concierge, and a community garden, among other luxe amenities.

“Miami is benefitting from a tremendous wave of buyers who want to reestablish here,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Florida brokerage, which is handling sales. “The Piero Lissoni Villas offer a unique product that blends the amenities, service, and lifestyle of a condominium with the privacy and control of a single-family home.”

The villas, which include eight waterfront residences with private boat docking, are priced from $4.375 million.
