Luxury villas break ground at Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach
A luxury villa project has broken ground as part of the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach
The Piero Lissoni Villa Collection will be located on the west side of the condo, which was completed in 2020. While the 15 villas will not be connected to the condo, the owners will have full access to the amenities at the Ritz-Carlton Residences.
The villas range from 3,263 square feet with three bedrooms, to 4,643 square feet with five bedrooms. Prices start at $4.38 million.
Lionheart Capital affiliate 4701 North Meridian LLC, which developed the condo, sold the villas development site to GFI Development Co. The general contractor is Marker Construction Group. Choeff Levy Fishman Architecture and Design worked with Piero Lissoni to design the project at 4701 N. Meridian Ave.
