November 5, 2021

Just nine months after breaking ground and launching sales, the Piero Lissoni-designed Villa Collection at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach has achieved a $93 million total sell-out. 4701 North Meridian LLC and GFI Development Company announced it has sold all 15 individual two-story villas. As one of only three Ritz-Carlton branded single-family home properties in the U.S., sales at The Villa Collection demonstrate an extraordinary demand for these ultra-luxury homes with dockage.

Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni and executive architect Ralph Choeff were responsible for an ultra-modern design of The Villa Collection at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. Free-standing two-story villas range in size from 3,263 to 4,643 square feet and offer five different floor plans providing 3-, 4- and 5- bedroom options.

A dedicated boat dockage is positioned in front of eight waterfront villas, while a collection of seven garden villas offer beautiful garden vistas. However, some buyers of the garden villas opted for additional reserved docks as well. Other exclusive features include expansive private terraces, a two-car garage, fenced yard, and private infinity-edge pool all in a lavishly landscaped waterfront tropical setting.

Residents of The Villa Collection at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach will have an opportunity to enjoy resort-style amenities including a residential art studio, 36 private boat slips, an on-site captained day yacht, a half-acre rooftop pool deck with private cabanas and poolside private resident-only restaurant, community garden, a club room and waterfront social room for entertaining, a kids’ room, and library.

They will also be able to use a concierge service for beach access, work out at a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, and relax at a meditation garden.
